Important Notice Regarding Shipping Delays
Please note that there will be shipping delays due to additional border control and restrictions to international travel (because of Covid-19). The shipping duration listed below are for reference only. We will not be liable for shipping delays. Kindly place your order if you are comfortable with any potential shipping delays.
- All prices indicated are in SGD.
- Free shipping is automatic (no code required) and only applies if you hit the minimum (excluding shipping fees) required value within a single cart. Combined order value will not be considered.
- Multiple orders (to the same mailing address) within a 24-hour time frame will be shipped together and all additional shipping fees paid will be refunded.
- All orders will only be mailed out via trackable post. We do not ship out via normal or untracked mail.
- Please allow 1-2 days for us to prepare your order to be shipped. If your order involves customisation (eg. changing to clip-ons), please allow 1-3 days for us to prepare your order.
- After your order is shipped, Singapore orders can expect to be delivered within 2 working days, International orders 5 to 10 working days. Please note that International orders may encounter shipping delays.

- You can use open box to save on shipping fees by accumulating multiple orders in one shipment.
- This option is open to both domestic and overseas address.
- By choosing this option, we will hold your order until one of the following conditions are met (whichever is earlier).
- You send us an email to notify us to ship out your box.
- It has been 2 months since your last order (placed on open box).
- You have hit the maximum weight (1kg for domestic, 500g for international) for shipping.
- We charge a minimum shipping fee (for the country of your mailing address) so that people will not misuse this option to skip shipping fees.
- When your box is closed and shipped out, we will refund all additional shipping fees that you've paid.
- Example 1. A Singapore customer paid $2.50 three times (for three orders) for an open box. By her third order, she request to mail out her order. We will then refund $5.00 to this customer via the mode of payment in her orders.
- Example 2. A US customer placed 2 orders with open box. She paid $15.10 twice, amounting to $30.20. When she request to mail her order, her order weighs less than 250g. We will refund $15.10 to her.
- Example 3. An Australian customer placed 4 orders with open box. She paid $51.52 for shipping ($12.88 x 4). Her total shipment weighs 400g which will cost $17.25 in shipping fees. We then refund $34.27 to her.
- Example 4. A Malaysian customer placed 2 open box orders. She paid $3.90 for her first order. Her second order hit the $100 minimum for free shipping so she did not pay anything. Since we noticed she has an open box, we will mail both orders together and refund $3.90 to her.
